Returns and Shipping Policy

All returns must have an return authorization by CDG Business Systems to get accepted. Hardware must be damaged during shipping and software must not be opened. All claims must be made with business 4 days of receipt, not counting the day of a holiday weekend. Sheet music is not returnable. All returned must sent by traceable means, like UPS or FedEx, etc. Reach out to your account executive or a manager for a return authorization.
